For quite a while now rotherham united have shown interest in liam lawrence. RUFC have made plenty of bids but all have been rejected. Now it looks as if we are going to get him. It seems that we may have him before the west ham or reading match. Lawrence has publicly stated that he wants to come to millmoor as he sees it as a step forward.
Another bit of news is that ronnie ahs said that rufc are willing to break the bank to buy carl robinson. Hes out of contract at the end of the season and redknapp is willing to let him go and all we have to do is sort out the wages. Ronnie has said that carl is very important and that showed in his loan spell at millmoor.
Daws is also likely to be signing for grimsby. The lazy sod has been listed for a while now and it looks as if grimsby is the club hes going to.
This will be very good for rufc if it all happens!

For some reason, (dont know if its right) I seem to have thought that Sheff Utd have shown interest in Carl Robinson as well.

yes shep i heared that after i posted it. My dad told me when he came home from work. That meens we have lost the chance of signing robinson as no player wuld turn down the prospect of sheff u. More money, big stadium, promotion chances he'd be daft not to sign for them.
Only thing at rotherham is moore and the millers fans!

Yeh but don't you wish you hadn't let Robins go to us? He's banging goals in left right and center, Kuqi who??

Yeh every single miller wanted him to stay, thats why we sung his name nearly everymatch but ronnie let him go so hoskins had a better chance and hes scored 2 on his first start. When he comes back from injury he'll be scoring left right and centre.

No way he's better than Robins tho, infact he's only in the team because they have no one else!

Byfield and BUtler are two class strikers. Both scored quite a lot for us. Hoskins is already attracting scouts and is only 17. Hes got bags of potential and in a season or two i can see him being sold to a higher club.

I havnt seen Byfield or Butler play half as much as I've seen Robins. But nobody can deny that Robins can read the lower leagues like a book. I just cant see why he doesnt seem to be able to cut it in the first division? ;D

Sheff U have now got Robinson on a one month loan with view of a perminent move. Hes a right player and Sheff U would be stupid not to do all they can to get him on a perminent.
Hes free at the end of the season so if Sheff U decide they dont want him then we will certainly have him.

Byfield has moved to sunderland after rejecting rotherhams latest contract offer. Sunderland have swapped us Proctor.
Rotherham will be signing a premiership midfielder on monday and ronnie is also hoping to sign a premier defender soon aswell.
